Team Check-In Procedures
- Arrive at the field at least 15
minutes prior to scheduled kick off
Make sure you are not the cause for any game delay. Checking in any team ready to go
should not take longer than five minutes.
- Receive Official Team Roster from
team representative
If no roster can be provided, violating team(s) forfeit(s) game.
- Proper Player Check-In
Players must be checked in one by one! A player is considered ready for check-in if he/she
is fully dressed for the competition. Do not check in players
that are only partially dressed. Make sure player is not
wearing any jewelry or watch. Make sure shinguards are part of the equipment and properly
covered by stockings.
- Proper Handling of Team Roster
Make sure that players jersey number matches the # on the team roster. Note all players without numbered
shirts and include in game report (unless team is wearing their alternate jerseys.
- Proper Completion of Team Roster
after the match
Note all cautions, ejections, goal scorers, and injuries on team roster and submit
collected information as part of the online game report. If you have an ejection, make sure to
send separate ejection report via e-mail.
