MOSTLY AUSTRIA - On And Off The Beaten Path

While Austria is generally part of any European travel program, most trip arrangements include only a very small portion of the numerous possibilities this beautiful part of the "old world" has to offer. We feel that there is a need for a program that allows for a deeper and better understanding of this historically and culturally rich country in the heart of Europe. In light of these facts, we have put together an agenda that will provide for your utmost enjoyment.

We have created a program which incorporates some of Austria’s most cherished places and events while keeping American customs, needs, and interests in mind. Your experienced and knowledgeable tour guides will provide you with information necessary to give you the most in-depth understanding and appreciation for Austrian history and culture imaginable.

Wolf Antoni is a native Austrian who has been living in the United States since 1989. His Austrian roots and ongoing relations with old friends and family will enable you to really get a chance to "meet the locals." Intercultural exchange will foster a greater understanding and appreciation for the Austrian people as well as for the country as a whole. His "inside connections" have allowed us to incorporate some very special arrangements in our program that you will not find in any other standard tours. His American partner Kim Antoni is a seasoned world traveler, familiar with Austrian customs and American needs. Her input was essential for the depth and variety of the selected programs and an important contribution to the overall content of the journey.

Besides Kim and Wolf (who will be there for you every step of the way), we have also selected highly qualified local guides and organizations that can add further insight into local areas of interest throughout the program. The benefits of having local guides are obvious. Not only can they give you "insider tips" about their country, but they are all experienced leaders within their respective fields and are proud and are happy to share their knowledge and skills with curious and appreciative groups and individuals. The combined knowledge and experience your guides offer will allow you to fully enjoy and appreciate this fascinating, active, and educational adventure.
