Sign-up Procedures

Once you have decided to participate in our upcoming program, please download the registration form (individual players and teams) and Team Roster Form (teams only) below.

1. Registration Form (word document)

2. Fill in the appropriate information and mail to the address provided on form

3. Send an e-mail to admin@coedfun.org and naa@recleagues.com (including forms) so we know it is on the way

4. We will inform you of the receipt of your mailing

5. Download, complete, and e-mail Team Roster Form (excel file) to both e-mail addresses.

We still have limited openings in some playing divisions for teams and individuals for our Spring 2008 season.
